What is live, and what comes next.

Everything here is a plan, not a commitment — timelines shift as the studies teach. Three commitments hold across every stage: participant data stays on EU infrastructure under my control, consent is versioned and never edited in place, and wherever possible the interview runs on the participant's own device.

Research chat — grounded answers on psychedelic science, with citations on every response.

Study Studio — describe a study in plain language, draft the interview blocks, lint, publish, and share a link.

Data repository, founding phase — open for its first ten founding contributors; it fills as real contributions arrive.

Live demo station & institutional preview — walk the interview, credential, Studio, and Concierge; partners can request scoped access.

Built, hardening for release

On-device research interviewer — interviews that never leave the phone; no transcript touches a cloud.

Data integrity layer — every record hash-chained and signed as it is written.

Study platform — researcher dashboard, participant notifications, and participant dashboard, so a small lab can run a study end to end.

Analysis infrastructure — self-hosted qualitative coding and analysis for consented text data.
